Quotes and dates

Every quote states the price, what is included and the launch date. The date counts business days from the day we receive your logo, text and photos, and moves by the same number of days if content arrives late.

Monthly plans

The setup fee is paid before design starts. The monthly fee starts on launch day and is billed monthly in advance. Plans run for an initial three months, then month to month. Either side can end the plan with 30 days’ written notice.

One-off builds

Half is paid to start and half at launch. Hosting and domain are included for twelve months, after which a care plan is available or the site can be moved to any host. At launch the site opens in under two seconds on mobile data, measured on a phone in Lagos; if it does not, we fix it at no cost.

Ownership

The domain is registered in your name. The content you supply and the content we write for you belong to you. Custom code written for your site is licensed to you without limit. Third-party themes and plugins remain under their own licences.

Changes and support

Change requests are made on WhatsApp or email and completed within two business days on monthly plans, within the allowance of your plan. Fixes to faults we caused are free; changes to scope are quoted.

Leaving

On a monthly plan, we provide a full export of files, database and code within five business days of the plan ending. Nothing is deleted without 30 days’ written notice.

Launch-date guarantee

If we miss the launch date in your quote for reasons within our control, the first month of a monthly plan is free, or ten per cent of a one-off price is refunded. The guarantee does not apply where content, approvals or third-party access arrived after the dates agreed, and in that case the launch date moves by the number of business days we waited.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the text, images and logos you supply are yours to use, that the products or services on the site are lawful, and that the details on the site are accurate. You keep your own logins private and tell us within a day if you think one has been shared.

Payment

Invoices are in naira, include VAT, and are payable by transfer or card within seven days. A monthly fee unpaid for 14 days pauses changes and support; unpaid for 30 days, we send written notice, and the plan ends under the Leaving section. There is no exit fee at any point.

Liability

We take care to keep sites secure and available, and we carry backups for 30 days, but we are not liable for loss of business caused by outages, third-party services or content you supply. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months.

Governing law
