Plans and pricing
Monthly plans are ₦15,000 to ₦50,000 a month plus a one-time setup fee of ₦20,000 to ₦55,000. One-off builds are ₦350,000 for a corporate site and ₦600,000 for a store. Every price includes VAT, and they are all on the pricing page.
It pays for the design and build before your site starts earning. You pay it once, and it is a fraction of what a one-off build costs.
Yes. Hosting, SSL, a .com or .ng domain and business email are included in every plan and in the first year of a one-off build.
Three months, then month to month. Cancel with 30 days’ notice and there is no exit fee.
No. The only per-sale fee is the payment gateway’s. Spinah takes nothing.
Yes, and it saves you money: pay twelve months up front on any plan and we waive the setup fee. Invoices show VAT, and a company can be invoiced for payment by transfer
Timelines
Sapphire 5 business days, Ruby 10, Emerald 15, Diamond 25. One-off corporate builds take 15 to 20 business days; stores up to 25. The launch date is written into your quote.
When we have your logo, text and photos. The first call includes a checklist, and we can write the text for you on Emerald and Diamond plans.
The launch date moves by the same number of days, and we send a reminder every three business days so nothing stalls quietly. On Emerald and Diamond we can write the text for you.
Sapphire sites have gone live in three days when the content was ready on day one. Ask on the call and you will get a plain yes or no.
We point the domain at the new site overnight, check every page and form in the morning, send the sitemap to Google and hold a twenty-minute recorded training. You get a launch checklist the day before, so you know what to tell your customers and when
Ownership
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the content is yours. The monthly fee pays for hosting, changes and support, not for the right to keep your own site. Leave, and a full export is with you within five business days.
Yes. It is WordPress, and the launch call includes a 20-minute recorded training. Most clients still send changes on WhatsApp because it is faster.
After 30 days’ notice the site comes down from our hosting and you receive the export. Nothing is deleted without warning.
Yes. Setup fees and twelve months of payments count toward a buy-out price agreed in writing.
Yes, at any time. The export includes the files, the database, every image and document, the theme and any custom code, and the DNS records. We stay available for a month to answer the next host’s questions.
The build
Yes. You approve the homepage design first, then the inner pages. Ruby and above include two rounds of changes; Sapphire includes one.
Sapphire uses a lightweight template adapted to your brand. Ruby has a custom homepage; Emerald and Diamond are custom throughout.
Emerald and Diamond include copywriting for the launch pages and licensed stock photos. Other plans can add it for ₦5,000 per page.
WordPress, with WooCommerce for stores, and nothing else. Not Wix, not Shopify, not Webflow. One platform known deeply is why a Sapphire site can go live in five days.
Yes. A second language is a custom feature on Emerald and Diamond: one site, a language switch and a translation workflow your team can run. You supply or approve the translations; we handle the structure and the search settings for each language.
After launch
Message us on WhatsApp. On a monthly plan the fix is included and starts the same business day. One-off clients get 30 days of support, then a care plan from ₦10,000 a month.
Send the change on WhatsApp or email. Sapphire includes 2 changes a month, Ruby 4, Emerald and Diamond unlimited; most are done within two business days.
Under two seconds on mobile at launch, or we fix it free. Every site launched since 2024 has scored 90 or above on mobile performance, and Emerald and Diamond get a monthly speed check.
One page: the mobile speed score, pages indexed, the searches that brought people, enquiries or orders from the site, what we changed and what we suggest next. It arrives on the first business day of the month on Emerald and Diamond.
Yes. Google Analytics and Search Console are set up in your own Google account with Spinah added as a user, so the data is yours and stays with you if you ever leave.
