How we do it

A straight answer in writing

Most people who call us are not sure whether they need a fix, a rebuild or a different host, and have already been told three different things. The first call is free and ends with a written answer: what is wrong, what we would do, what it costs, and what we would not bother doing. If the honest answer is that your current site is fine, we say so.

Fixed prices, no meter running

A fix is quoted as a price, not an hourly rate, once we have seen the site. If it takes longer than we expected, that is our problem. If we find something else while we are in there, we tell you and quote it separately rather than adding it to the bill.

Working alongside whoever you already have

You may have a developer, a designer or an agency already. We can audit their work, advise you, or fix one thing without taking over, with a written scope and access that is granted for the job and removed afterwards. Several agencies send us their own clients for speed and hosting work.

What it costs

The first thirty minutes of advice are free, then ₦20,000 an hour if you want more. Fixes are quoted from ₦15,000; urgent ones start the same business day. An audit is ₦60,000 to ₦150,000 depending on the size of the site, and takes five to ten business days. On any monthly plan, fixes and advice are included. Diamond adds a yearly audit.

Rough notes and phone photos are enough to start. The launch date in your quote counts from the day we have them.
